Tata Steel Ltd: The steel major has signed a letter of intent with Greybull Capital to start exclusive negotiations for the potential sale of its UK long product business; a deal that could fetch the company not more than Rs 5,000 crore, according to various analyst estimates.

Pipavav shipyard Ltd: Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group is set to sign an agreement with Russian United Shipbuilding Company at Moscow on Thursday for manufacturing Rs 30,000 crore worth of four frigates for the Indian Navy, people close to the development told ET. 
DLF Ltd: Realty major DLF has received Rs 1,992 crore from Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC, thereby completing the deal to sell 50 per cent stake each in two upcoming projects in the national capital. 

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd: The company is in advanced talks to sell its cement business for 26 billion rupees ($394 million) and a deal could be announced as soon as this week, said a source with direct knowledge of the matter, said a media report. 
ONGC: State-owned Oil and Natural Corp ( ONGCBSE 1.53 %) said it will invest Rs 3,500 crore in extracting gas lying below coal seams (CBM) in three coal-bed methane blocks in eastern India. 

Jet Airways Ltd: India's second biggest carrier by market share, Wednesday told its customers they will find the cheapest air fares on its website and application, to wean them away from travel portals.
Idea Cellular Ltd: India's third largest telco Wednesday launched high speed 4G LTE services across all five states of South India, to take on its bigger rivals Bharti AirtelBSE -0.30 % and Vodafone India, which have already launched commercial 4G services.

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd: The company has bagged orders worth around Rs 1,395 crore, the company said Wednesday. The orders includes a turnkey transmission line project in Tamil Nadu worth Rs 770 crore from Tamil Nadu Transm .. 

Kwality Ltd: Delhi-based dairy major Kwality plans to acquire midsized dairies with a capacity of 3 lakh litre milk a day, after acquiring Varshney Bandhu Foods and Pashupati Dairies earlier.

V-Mart Retail Ltd: The Reserve Bank has allowed foreign institutional investors to buy up to 49 per cent stake in V-Mart Retail. As of quarter ended September 2015, FIIs held 23.09 per cent in V-Mart, according to BSE data.
Natco Pharma Ltd: The pharma major and its US partner Allergan have settled a pending litigation with biopharmaceutical firm Celgene regarding generic Lenalidomide capsules used for treatment of multiple myeloma.
